GooDelete History License Agreement

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, THE LICENSEE, AND PPP Infotech Ltd.
BY USING THIS PROGRAM, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF
THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT,
IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THIS FROM YOUR COMPUTER.

Limitations for GooDelete History. NO WARRANTIES.
PPP Infotech Ltd expressly disclaims any warranty for GooDelete .
GooDelete and any related documentation is provided "as is" without
warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without
limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, or infringement. The entire risk arising
out of use or performance of GooDelete remains with you.

GooDelete is FREEWARE. This SOFTWARE may be freely distributed through
CD-ROMs, websites or any media.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
PPP Infotech Ltd disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or
implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the SOFTWARE,
the accompanying written materials, and any accompanying hardware.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall the developer,
PPP Infotech Ltd, be liable for any damages whatsoever
(including, without limitation, damages for loss of business
profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any
other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use
the SOFTWARE, even if PPP Infotech Ltd has been advised of the
possibility of such damages.
